CHPC National Meeting 2011
We are pleased to invite you to the Centre for High Performance Computing National Conference to be held from 7 to 9 December 2011 at the CSIR International Convention Centre (ICC) in Pretoria.
CHPC Research Labs
While striving to be a world-class service provider and an outstanding research facilitator, the CHPC recognises the importance of promoting its own research and innovations.
Progress in computer-chip technology has shifted the focus of development from the traditional CPU to other types of hardware materials and the CHPC currently hosts its first advanced research laboratory in the field of computer engineering, the Advanced Computer Engineering (ACE) Lab.
Other CHPC laboratories are currently being developed. These units will form strong collaborations with relevant research communities and jointly tackle burning research issues.
